Touchstone is a wonderful community of neighbors nestled in the best that South Charlotte has to offer. Located only minutes from Stonecrest, The Bowl at Ballantyne, and the Arboretum, it also provides easy access to Southpark, I-485, and neighboring Pineville. Our landscape is defined by mature trees and natural hills, made more scenic with two direct access points to the Four Mile Creek Greenway.
Touchstone HOA consists of volunteer members and manages according to its CCRs. The HOA issues quarterly newsletters, hosts neighborhood events, and promotes neighborhood connectivity.
