Annual HOA Dues - $ 125.00
 
Thank you for paying the annual HOA dues!  Your dues are used to support:
  • Lawn care and upkeep of entrances and common areas
  • Irrigation System Maintenance
  • Electricity and water at our Elm Lane main entrance
  • Upkeep of entry monuments and signs
  • Touchstone Neighborhood Website
  • HOA insurance
  • Dues collection expenses
  • Book-keeping supplies
  • Neighborhood social events 
  • Welcome bags
  • HOA mailbox
  • Misc. needs
 
Please note that dues payments made online total $131.00 to offset PayPal's fee.

Yard Sale Participant - $ 10.00
 
Thank you for choosing to participate in the neighborhood yard sale!  The $10/household fee includes a city permit, advertising, balloons and signage.
